All our staff are trained in procedures that ensure that our customers’ physical & intellectual property is safely handled and stored, and that the confidentiality of all data is respected and safeguarded. TWD have extensive experience of working with fine art, prints, maps and rare books, as well as priceless and sometimes irreplaceable records & archives. We do everything we can to ensure that no item is lost, damaged or compromised in any possible way. We

also have in place the most up-to-date digital security measures to ensure that all data held by us is protected against unauthorised access. Our procedures have been approved and endorsed by clients in both the public and private sectors.

All of the items we deal with are securely packed (and/or, when required, crated) in transit to and from our premises, and we vet any couriers we use to ensure that their handling practices match our own high standards. Despatch records of deliveries and collections are maintained and co-ordinated with our customer’s own distribution staff. At our premises we have secure, alarmed storage facilities, and all items are kept under lock and key when not in use. The premises themselves have

security shutters and remotely-monitored intruder alarms to maintain security outside business hours. All our premises have CCTV as well as a number having manual patrols.
