Aperture Card Scanning to CDs/DVDs

TWD Aperture Card scanning service offers excellent image quality from Microfilm. Aperture Card is a standard Hollerith encoded card that acts as a transport for a 35mm transparency. Typically, aperture cards are used to store such as engineering drawings, maps, and spare parts.

Aperture Cards Scanning

Images maintained in aperture cards are scanned on high-speed automated Photo Matrix equipment, capable of up to 600dpi resolution.

A TWD consultant will analyse and review your aperture card archive and tailor a unique scanning project to meet your specified requirements.

Aperture Card Indexing

After the aperture card scanning process, aperture cards are indexed by:

• Drawing Number / Part Number
• Issue Number / Date
• Drawing Description
• Client Name

Storage Media

The scanned/indexed aperture card can now be stored onto CDs/DVDs or transferred directly to your network for shared access.
